note: Apocnosis belong to long living beetles, imago may live up to 2 years in captivity. Breeding must be simliar to Diplognatha, but so far is unknown to me. Wild adults never laid any eggs. It may be caused by unsuitable conditions in terrarium (wrong humidity or temperature) or specific reproduction diapause for wild beetles.
